Our goal for this course is simple. To make everything make sense to you as you prepare for your Florida Real Estate licensing exams. We don't just teach theory - we teach you how to apply your knowledge to accurately and confidently answer all the questions on exam day.
We offer two main approaches to tutoring - A structured, time sensitive approach and a self-paced, on demand approach.
Structured, Time Sensitive Tutoring
Our structured, time sensitive sessions are designed to be completed in 6 to 8 weeks and consist of 16 hour long sessions. This option is perfect for students who already have an exam date in mind and who want to take the test in 6 to 8 weeks. These options require a 6 to 8 week commitment for maximum results but you may choose to speed up the pace by extending your sessions to 2 hours each. You can pay for this in full or in two (2) monthly installments. Whether this is your first or fourth time taking the test, we will tailor all our sessions to your specific requirements.
Self-Paced, On-demand Subscription
We also offer the option of self-paced, on-demand subscription options for persons who want a more self-paced approach and access to tutoring on specific topics. Whether you need to brush up on real estate contracts, legal descriptions or help with real estate math calculations, you are able to tailor your sessions according to your needs and preferences. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We know that sometimes our expectations aren't met when we purchase new products or services. This is why we allow all our students to test our services with the first full session. If after your first session, you decide that you do not want to move forward, we will grant you a full refund if you notify us within 2 hours of that session. If you fail to notify us within that time, you will be deemed to have accepted the course as offered and you will no longer be able to get a refund.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your first session.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
What does a session look like?
Sessions usually last for an hour and may be extended up to 2 hours. During the session, your tutor will focus on helping you to understand topics that you may find challenging. You will be given the opportunity to ask specific questions about any topic you choose. Your tutor will discuss key exam-taking strategies with you and you will be given several practice questions to tackle. Your tutor will provide feedback on areas that you may need to work on and may give you tips for how to study particular topics. Generally, the sessions may be tailored to your preference.
